ECU Calibronix services and digital tools are intended for lawful professional diagnostic, repair, research, motorsport, off-road and technical support use, with clear responsibility, billing, software and compliance boundaries.
ECU Calibronix provides digital products and technical services for professional automotive diagnostic, electronic repair, ECU file analysis, calibration support, documentation, and remote review workflows. The user remains responsible for legal and correct use.
Users are responsible for complying with local laws, vehicle regulations, inspection rules, emissions requirements, workshop obligations, and professional standards before using any service or output.
Services are for users aged 18 or over acting in a professional, workshop, training, research, motorsport, off-road, or legally permitted technical capacity.
The user controls the vehicle, ECU, file, diagnostic procedure, installation, workshop action, and final use. ECU Calibronix cannot control or approve the user's final application outside the platform.
The platform is not responsible for misuse, illegal use, wrong ECU or file selection, unsafe repairs, prohibited activity, third-party modifications, or damage caused by use outside the intended scope.
Outputs, tokens, reports, downloads, subscriptions, desktop/API access, and completed support are delivered through authenticated digital workflows with usage and audit controls.
Support is limited to platform services, tools, documentation, and products. It does not guarantee a specific repair result, vehicle compatibility, inspection acceptance, or regulatory approval.
Monthly supports 1-12 prepaid months with a server-calculated multi-month discount from 2 months; Yearly has an independent discount. Discounts, Grace status, any token recovery fee, and final total are shown before Stripe Checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe and verified server-side against package, amount, currency, account, and transaction status before access or tokens are applied.
Tokens are platform digital service credits only. Current purchase choices are a fixed 20 Token Pack or a Custom Top-Up from 21 to 500 tokens. They are not money, cryptocurrency, bank balance, deposit, or stored-value payment instrument, and have no cash value.
The desktop application, API, databases, documentation, and protected service logic are licensed, not sold. Redistribution, bypassing controls, attacks, scraping, or reverse engineering are prohibited.
Platform services are provided as digital tools and support workflows with liability limits defined in the Terms, including exclusion of indirect losses, vehicle downtime, towing, recovery, re-flashing, and ECU replacement costs.
Access may be suspended or terminated for policy breaches, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, API abuse, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
Each public service path includes a responsible-use and technician-review step.
